Get festive at Dobbies’ Ponteland Christmas Shopping Night to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK
Dobbies’ Ponteland store is inviting customers to get into the festive spirit while supporting a good cause at its Christmas Shopping Night.
The event on Thursday, November 26 (5pm to 8pm) will also mark the launch of Dobbies’ Black Friday offers with an evening of shopping, entertainment and Christmas inspiration.
Customers can enjoy live demonstrations and explore the Christmas collections – from trees and decorations to house plants and festive food.
The Christmas Shopping Night for Alzheimer’s Research UK is an ideal opportunity to get a head start on festive shopping and discover inspiration for decorating and gifting.
Customers can take advantage of Black Friday offers during the event at the Ponteland store and also enjoy £5 off when spending £25, or £10 off when spending £50 on the evening with money-off vouchers.
Dobbies event programme manager, Hannah Stephen, said: “Dobbies’ Christmas Shopping Night is a highlight in our calendar, bringing customers and local communities together to celebrate the start of the festive season while raising funds for a brilliant cause.
“We have some excellent offers and promotions for customers to look forward to alongside food, music and entertainment throughout the evening.
“We’re looking forward to seeing communities come together while supporting our charity partner, Alzheimer’s Research UK.”
Tickets can be purchased for £1, £2.50 or £5, allowing people to choose what they pay. They are available at www.dobbies.com and in-store on the night. Ticket holders will also receive a free welcome drink of prosecco or a soft drink, food sampling, fun demo stations and entertainment from local community groups.
All proceeds from tickets and donations at the event will be donated to the charity.
