Greggs opens shop in Northumberland that has created 12 new jobs
Greggs has opened a new shop in south east Northumberland today (Thursday).
The shop at at 32 The Square in Guide Post has created 12 new jobs for the area and offers freshly prepared food and drinks throughout the day – from breakfast and lunch to sweet treats, Fairtrade coffee and evening options.
Customers can enjoy their favourite Greggs go-tos including sausage rolls, steak bakes, and vegan alternatives, alongside seasonal menu launches such as the iconic festive bake, the all-new salt and chilli chicken roll, and a range of over ice drinks including the candy cane mint iced matcha latte.
Shop manager Jo Rose said: “We’re excited to be opening our doors in Guide Post and becoming part of the local community.
“Whether customers are stopping by for breakfast, lunch or a coffee break, we’re looking forward to serving them from our new shop at 32 The Square.”
