Alnwick to host conference for neurodivergent young adults
A conference aiming to help neurodivergent young adults feel positive in their own identity and voice is to be held in Alnwick.
The Proud To Be Me Conference will be held at Lindisfarne Centre in Alnwick and will aim to bring together neurodivergent young adults from around the county.
The space will allow attendees to feel positive about their identity and offer them a chance to voice the challenges facing them on a daily basis and for people to raise concerns presented by services and systems.
There will also be a chance to help plan how services can become more accessible for young people.
The event is being presented by SpLinter Group and takes place on Friday 30 October between 11am and 2:30pm.
