Berwick Academy is inviting prospective students, parents, and carers to explore life at the school during its annual Open Evening on Wednesday, September 30 from 4pm to 6pm.

The school officially became a comprehensive 11-18 provider earlier this month as part of the reorganising of the education system in the Berwick Partnership from three-tier to two-tier, welcoming Year 7 and Year 8 cohorts directly to the campus.

Visitors to the Open Evening will have the opportunity to take student-led tours, meet subject teachers and leadership, participate in hands-on departmental workshops. No pre-booking required.

They will also have the chance to hear directly from new headteacher Kelly Holbrook regarding the school’s vision and on-going campus developments.

For families unable to attend the evening event, or those who would prefer to see the school during a normal working day, the headteacher is also hosting morning drop-in tours across the weeks commencing Monday, October 12 and Monday, October 19.
