Goodfellows Estate Agents branch in Ponteland successful at ESTAS Customer Service Awards
The Ponteland branch of Goodfellows Estate Agents was among the winners at the prestigious ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2026.
It was named Best in North East Region, Best in County for Northumberland and Best in Postcode for NE20.
Goodfellows’ West Denton branch, Newcastle Great Park branch and Heaton branch also won accolades, and the business received the Best Estate Agency Group in the North East award for the third consecutive year.
The awards are based on the ESTAS’ own customer review platform, which recognises estate and letting agents for customer service based on service ratings from home-movers who have been through the whole moving experience with an agent.
The 2026 winners were announced by TV property presenter Phil Spencer at the Grosvenor House in London. Estate and letting agents were recognised in regions and counties across the UK.

This year’s results were calculated from more than 300,000 customer review ratings.
