CHIC frontman Nile Rodgers sends video message to Alnwick promising 'Good Times'
Legendary musician Nile Rodgers has recorded a special video message ahead of the concert with his band CHIC at Northumberland's historic Alnwick Castle this summer.
In it, he says: "We're gonna have a great night at the stunning venue playing all the hits and I hope to see you all there.
"Madness, mayhem, a whole bunch of hits - and good times - that's what we do when we play live.
"I am the happiest man to still be walking this earth, coz I'm a two-times cancer survivor and you guys have been showing us tons of love, so get ready to party coz I'm with you."
The disco legends will headline a night of uber-cool disco, hip hop and rock in the Pastures in the shadow of Alnwick Castle on Wednesday, July 11, as part of the Summer House Sounds series of concerts.
