With just a small selection of four and five-bedroom homes remaining, the developer is now scheduling socially distanced and remote appointments to ensure keen house hunters don’t miss out on moving to the location.

Willowburn Park will consist of a total of 236 homes once complete and the community has grown rapidly since places first became available in 2016.

Sarah Northcott, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North East, said: “Willowburn Park is in a beautiful spot and has been a hugely successful development.

“The development offers a perfect mixture of a quiet countryside lifestyle, whilst still being within easy reach of essential amenities.”

She added: "Residents have settled nicely into life at Willowburn Park and we’ve received some great feedback both on the location and community spirit.”

Taylor Wimpey has recently been awarded a 5-star rating for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

In feedback from an independent survey of new homebuyers, carried out between October 2019 and September 2020, over 90% of its customers said that they would recommend the builder to a friend.

The sales office and show homes at Willowburn Park are open by pre-booked appointment only.

Strict social distancing measures are in place to ensure the safety of any visitors and further details can be found online at https://www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/why-choose-us/staying-safe-during-covid-19/visiting-us-safely
