"These experiences include the return of our immersive Santa on the Roof experience, Santa’s Breakfast and Supper Club’s as well as our brand-new experience this year - Santa Sundays. The annual window display will return and all Christmas events will follow the guidance of local and national health authorities with further measures being introduced this year to ensure ticketholders continue to enjoy Christmas at Fenwick in a Covid-19 secure way.

Accordingly, all event bookings will be open to single households or bubbles only in line with current government guidelines and the number of people visiting the experiences at any time will be carefully managed and regular cleaning will take place, as it does daily across the entire store.

The store has also implemented an additional Covid-19 Refund Policy. This enables customers to obtain a full refund up until the day of the event should they display Covid-19 symptoms, be subject to quarantine following Covid-19 contact, or if the event itself is cancelled due to lockdown or Covid-19 restrictions.
