2. Minden Day, Berwick
Minden Day, Berwick When: Saturday, July 27. 10am Highland dancing at Berwick Barracks; 12pm Parade from Barracks to Town Hall. What: Minden Day commemorates the King's Own Scottish Borderers' participation in the Battle of Minden in 1759. The day starts at 10am on the Barracks Square. 3. Vintage car and stunt driving, Alnwick
Vintage car and stunt driving, Blackshaws, Alnwick When: Sunday, July 28 What: As part of its 100 year celebrations Blackshaws Alnwick is hosting a Vintage Car and Stunt Driving Event. During the event you'll have the chance to see celebrity film and TV driver Paul Swift perform a series of astonishing 2 wheel drive and precision parking stunts. Display times are 11am, 1pm and 3pm. In addition, there will be a collection of vintage cars. Entry to our event is free but as they're trying to raise £20,000 this year for HospiceCare North Northumberland raffle tickets will be on sale during the event. Photo: No
