A theatre company will be performing open-air shows at two North Northumberland venues over the next week as its run of shows in the area come to an end.

Chapterhouse Theatre Company will be at Warkworth Castle tonight performing Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

And next Thursday, they will end their North Northumberland dates with a performance of the Railway Children – the unforgettable and heart-warming story of adventure and family set in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside - at Alnwick Garden.

Tickets for tonight are £15, £13 concessions on the gate with the show starting at 7.30pm and doors open at 6.45pm.
