Rock superstar Bruce Springsteen has announced four UK shows following a 25-date US tour of 1980 album The River.
The 66-year-old rocker will visit stadiums in Manchester, Glasgow, Coventry and London with a couple of Dublin dates in a European jaunt taking in 15 cities.
Set-lists from the US leg of the globe-trotting marathon suggest that The Boss will perform his customary long set, verging on three hours, kicking off with The River, including Hungry Heart pretty much in its entirety.
The album is being reissued along with out-takes as a box set, The Ties That Bind, and tunes from the repackaged long-player have featured in the setlist, before Bruce moves onto the best-known songs from his 40+ year recording career, including Dancing in The Dark and Born To Run.
