Children’s charity to benefit from show

A spring concert to raise funds to support the vital work of the NSPCC is being staged this weekend.

The fund-raising event will take place on Sunday in the Glendale Hall, Cheviot Street, Wooler, at 3pm.

It will feature a fun programme of local talent, headed by Wooler’s own Ukulele Band and The Tootlers.

In addition, there will be performances from the area’s talented young musical friends Archie and Mathew, Caitlin Younger, Lottie Hume and Isabelle Maxwell.

Refreshments will be served after the show.

Tickets are £5, £4 concessions and £1 U18s, while U10s are free.

The NSPCC is a charity which campaigns and works in child protection in a number of countries.
