Robson Green came face-to-face with some of the rarest creatures on earth, tasted a gourmet meal from foraged fruits of the land and got up close to some unique rock formations in More Tales From Northumberland tonight.
It was another stunning episode of the popular ITV series and showed off the dramatic scenery of Northumberland once again.
Robson started with a closer-than-comfortable glimpse at Chillingham wild cattle, the beasts of Chillingham Castle.
He then joined wild-gourmet couple Linus Morton and Louise Hepworth, who run the company Northern Wilds, which specialises in wild food and foraging. They prepared a dinner of wild mushroom risotto, nettle soup and bilberry tart, made purely of ingredients hand-picked from Kielder Forest.
After the ad break, he abseiled down the rocky outcrop of the Whin Sill at Cullernose Point on the Northumberland coast, getting a lesson in the iconic formations from Dr Ian Kille, of geology walks and talks firm Northumbrian Earth.
