Gareth Hill made 26 and wicket keeper Jamie Pick was 19 not out as the lower order continued to put on the runs for the visitors to chase.

Alisdair Skelly led the bowling figures with 4/58 as Warkworth attempted valiantly to wrack up the required runs.

He took Tristan Parnell on 44, Rhys James on 4, Stephen Dargue for 1 and dismissed Oliver Bremner for a duck.

Joe Bickerton took the wickets of both Warkworth openers.

He caught and bowled Christopher Smith for 27 and took Michael Phillips for 28, caught by Hindmarsh.

Cameron McGregor was 2/34 and Rory McGregor 2/18.

The final Warkworth wicket fell with two overs to bowl and 17 runs required.

Tillside 2nds lost at Bedlington 2nds by 45 runs in Division Five North as they chased down a target of 181 set by the hosts, all out in the 38th over.

Ronan Atkinson was 53 not out as Tillside tried to speed up the run rate and were all out for 136 by the 35th over.
