Morpeth Harrier Helen King won her second England Masters vest as a member of the England versus Wales Masters team in the Barry Island 10k at the weekend. Her long journey down to the Vale of Glamorgan was rewarded by a first prize in the O45 category and a terrific time of 39 minutes and 44 seconds.
