It’s tough at the top

North Northumberland Junior Golf League

WEEK five of the junior golf league has seen Goswick stay on top of the table following a tough home game against last year’s champions Linden Hall in which the points were shared.

However, it was Rothbury’s turn to show that they are in it to win it with a great home win against Seahouses taking maximum points and Bamburgh finally got on to a winning run with a good home win against Alnmouth.

Percy Wood finally showed some good form by winning away at Alnwick Castle.

Warkworth and Magdalene Fields had a free week.
