CHAMPIONS Wooler continued to turn on the style as they took the points from this Division Two game in which they were always in control.

James Jeffries and James Scott with two apiece and single strikes from Lee Redpath, Luke Strangeways and Robert Shepherd saw Wooler well ahead before Shilbottle scored two late goals through Danny Donohoe and James Jackson.

IN an exciting game, Alnmouth took a two-goal lead through Mark Oman and Karl Taylor.

But Hedgeley hit back to draw level before half-time, with goals from Robin Sayers and Andy Drinkeld.

Alnmouth were stronger after half-time and Taylor added two more to complete his hat-trick with Sean Anderson adding a fifth for the visitors.

IN a game of two different halves, it was Belford who were ahead at half-time thanks to two goals from Ryan Thompson and one from Neil Jefferson.

Bamburgh hit back after half-time to take a share of the points with goals from Steven Walker, Johnny Johnson and Ian Patten.
