Division Two new boys Shilbottle CW got back to winning ways last night while Alnwick Town Reserves were involved in an 11-goal thriller.

The Colliers hosted Swalwell and came out on top 4-2, which sees them third in the table, a point behind the leading two. Meanwhile at Cramlington, Town’s Reserves won 6-5, their first win of the season.

In Division One, Wooler lost 3-1 at home to AFC Newbiggin. The north Northumbrians are still yet to win this term and are third bottom.
