Ashington RAOB edged closer to the title with a 3-1 win over Bedlington Social Club. Bedlington then pulled one back with a Jamie Chapman bullet header into the roof of the net from six yards out.

Craig Robinson came off the bench for The Buffs and he sealed victory with a sweetly-struck effort into the bottom right-hand corner.

Bedlington Market Tavern were comfortable winners at Amble Blue Bell. Decent strikes from John Paxton (two) and Calum Donohoe gave The Monkey a three-goal lead – Gary Reed scored a consolation goal for the Amble side.
