Alnwick launch Touch Rugby
There was a great turn out for the launch of men’s first Touch Rugby session at Alnwick Rugby Club last Tuesday.
The game concentrates on running, agility and ball handling skills. No tackling or scrumming but plenty of tries to be had.
Sessions are held for men every Tuesday between 6-7pm and for women between 6-7pm and Friday 6.15-7.15pm. Fees are £2 per session with the first session free.
A club spokesman said: “What have you got to lose,why not come along and give it a try?”
