Eight of the 12 are dedicated to the soap opera’s most famous couples including Vera and Jack Duckworth, Stan and Hilda Ogden, Ena Sharples and Elsie Tanner, Deirdre and Ken Barlow, Rita Tanner and Norris Cole, Tracy and Steve McDonald, Hayley and Roy Cropper, and Sunita and Dev Alahan.

The Royal Mail said in a statement that each stamp will also feature a quote which “conveys the essence of each relationship.”

On Vera and Jack Duckworth’s stamp, the quote reads, “Vera, my little swamp duck.”

Whereas Deirdre and Ken Barlow’s stamp reads, “Ken! Do something!”

Rovers Return Stamps

The remaining four stamps in the anniversary collection focus on Coronation Street’s local, the Rovers Return.

These four stamps come packaged in a Miniature Sheet and feature the characters who worked at the famous pub.

The four characters who appear on the Rovers Return Inn stamps are Raquel Watts, Bet Lynch, Gemma Winter, and Liz McDonald.

How much do they cost?

You can purchase the full set of 12 stamps online on the Post Office Website in a Presentation Pack for £14.20, which also comes with a special edition of The Weatherfield Gazette.
