It was interesting to read that plans to build beside Kingsfield at Seahouses are being challenged because the infrastructure can’t cope.
Northumbrian Water has said that the sewerage treatment plant is at capacity (this will not surprise residents of the village).
Can we safely assume then that this will still apply if the coastal plan advises in due course that more building should take place elsewhere in the village?
Or are certain areas of the village to be given more protection against building than others for whatever reason?
