It’s more than just houses

There are various plans being discussed stating 300-plus new houses need to be built in the Belford, Seahouses, Beadnell and Bamburgh area.

Does this take into account the 150 -200 houses for sale at any one time?

And if the new properties are affordable housing to enable young families to stay in this area (which would be good) what provision will be made for employment?
