Youngsters benefit from Rotary collection

Amble and Warkworth Rotary Club provided the Santa Claus and sleigh for Widdrington, and parish councillor George Askew arranged for a group of helpers to carry out the door-to-door collection. It raised £450.

Rotary president Stephen Kerry presented £225 each to Grange View First School football team and the Widdrington Rainbows, Brownies and Guides.
