Young stars to celebrate 15 years of musicals

Youngsters will be celebrating much-loved musicals at Alnwick Playhouse next week.

Members of the junior and senior groups of the Alnwick Playhouse Youth Theatre will be presenting their final production at the venue before it closes for refurbishment this summer.

And the production is even more special as it marks 15 years of musical productions by the youth theatre.

The young people will be singing a selection of songs from many of their previous hit productions, including some of the very first shows Little Shop of Horrors, Les Miserables and The Wizard of Oz, along with more recent productions like The Addams Family.

Most Popular

The cast will be dressed to impress to sing some fabulous songs in an uplifting evening of ballads, comic songs and great chorus numbers.

They will be on stage at 7.30pm on Tuesday, July 10.
