Wooler is blooming beautiful

Wooler's high street is looking bright and beautiful following the installation of new floral planters.

The planters were made by Albert and Pat Fairnington.

Catherine said: “The high street has not had planters before and I thought it was looking a little grey last year, so I started trying to raise some funds locally.

“I always felt the likes of Alnwick, Berwick and Morpeth looked beautiful with their floral displays and now Wooler is too. I think they have really made a difference.”
