Police have arrested a 31-year-old woman following burglaries in a Northumberland village.
Between 8.30pm on Tuesday and 4.45am on Wednesday, police received two reports of burglaries in Merton Way, Ponteland.
Inquiries were carried out and the woman was arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods. She has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
Stolen goods including an Apple Mac computer and electrical tools have also been recovered.
