Showery with some sunny intervals. The temperature will peak at 8C and there will be gusts of wind over 40mph.

The skies will be particularly dark with heavy rain expected mid-afternoon. The rain should ease off by around tea time, without completely stopping.

The rain will continue and be heaviest at about 8pm-9pm. It should stop at around 11pm. The temperature will be down to 2C by midnight, but will feel much colder.

Rain is not expected on Thursday when it will be brighter too. But a windy afternoon is expected with gusts of up to 47mph.
