Santa is set to make an appearance at villages and towns across north Northumberland to spread his festive cheer.
The jolly old fellow will be out in his sleigh greeting young and old as he tours the county.
Alnwick Lions will accompany him as he gives youngsters the chance to tell him what they want for Christmas at the switch-on of Alnwick’s festive lights on Friday, November 21.
And next month he’ll be joined by helpers from the Rotary Club of Amble and Warkworth.
On Monday, December 8, Santa and his sleigh will visit Red Row and Hadston North and the following day it will be Hadston South and Hauxley’s turn.
Wednesday, December 10 sees him head to Acklington and North Broomhill while on Thursday, December 11, he will be in Amble west.
Those living in Amble middle will get the chance to meet Santa on Friday, December 12, and Amble East on Monday, December 15.
Amble south will get its turn on Wednesday, December 17, and the next day he heads to Warkworth south.
Santa’s las port of call with the Rotary Club will be at Warkworth central and north on Friday, December 19.
Santa and his helpers will be on hand from 5.30pm to 8pm each evening and donations are requested to help the Rotary Club’s funds.
Santa will also be appearing at Amble’s Circa store at Mark’s Bridge.
The shop has arranged two festive weekends on Saturday, December 6, and Saturday and Sunday, December 13 and 14.
Families are invited to join the celebrations at the vintage shop and cafe, which opened earlier this year.
Santa will also be taking up residence at Alnwick Garden throughout the festive season.
Youngsters will be able to meet him and his elves in his magical grotto hidden within the Garden’s stone Water Tower.
Admission for youngsters is £10, which includes entry to the Garden and a traditional gift. Adults pay normal admission charges.
Some dates have already sold out but there is still availability from December 1 to 5, Decmeber 8 to 12, and December 15 to 18, from 3pm to 6pm.
