A Regency ball was held in Felton to mark the 200th anniversary of the death of author Jane Austen.
People dressed up in the style of Mr Darcy and Miss Bennett, enjoying dances popular in 1800.
The ball, which took place in the village hall, was also aimed at encouraging people to take part in, and enjoy, playing music. More than 30 locsl musicians played during the evening.
As well as the music and dancing, ball-goers also enjoyed a table picnic.
Photographer Jane Coltman went along to get a flavour of the evening.
