It was the first in a series of fright nights leading up to Hallowe'en as the garden's gates were opened to all spooky creatures and anyone brave enough to join them.

The Dark Garden is a new Hallowe’en-themed event at Alnwick Garden, new for this year as the attraction aims to build on the success of A Christmas Tale, last year's festive theatrical offering. It is being produced by the same production company, Enchanted Places.
