As part of filming the Shrovetide football feature in Alnwick, which was included in this evening's Further Tales from Northumberland episode, Robson Green spoke to the Gazette about his experiences of the game.
Robson was given a taste of the traditional match during filming in the Pastures last year, where he was joined by players from the area. He took time out of his busy schedule to speak to the Gazette about his Shrovetide experiences. The Shrovetide football feature was in this evening's episode, which was screened on ITV from 8pm to 8.30pm.
