TWO Wooler men have been committed to stand trial at Newcastle Crown Court charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Nathan Burns, 32, of Church Street and Michael Devlin, 19, of Haugh Head, have both pleaded not guilty.
The pair are alleged to have carried out an assault on another man in the town of March 12.
Burns was remanded in custody until June 9 by Berwick magistrates.
Devlin was given unconditional bail until the same date, when a plea and directions hearing will take place at crown court.
