TRIBUTE: Remembering your mums

The Co-op Funeralcare in Fenkle Street, Alnwick, is inviting families to remember their mums and pay tribute to their memory this Mother's Day.

By writing thoughts and commemorations on a small card to hang from a remembrance tree, the Co-op Funeralcare hopes to offer comfort and help members of the community remember one of the most important and influencing individuals in a person’s life, in the run up to, and on this special day.

Mother’s Day is a wonderful celebration and it can be a particularly difficult and poignant time for bereaved families. We hope therefore that these remembrance trees will help bereaved families find comfort and celebrate their mums’ lives at this difficult time.
