Three injured as two-vehicle crash closes part of the A189 Spine Road in Northumberland
Three people were taken to hospital following a crash on the A189 between Woodhorn and Linton in Northumberland.
The road closed in both directions for a number of hours following an incident involving two vehicles, which happened at around 1.30pm on Monday, November 18, Northumbria Police said.
The North East Ambulance Service took three patients to Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital, Cramlington, following the collision.
It sent two double-crewed ambulances and a patient transport service vehicle to the scene.
