Town tidy-up

The clean-up campaign in Alnwick has started, organised by the town's Chamber of Trade (Act).

The first areas tackled were Correction Lane, the Pinfold, the Roxburgh Place car park and the areas around the Corn Exchange, the Jobcentre and the back of the Youth Hostel.

Act chairman Carlo Biagioni thanked all those who had helped out with the clear-up.
