Teeing up vital funds for HospiceCare

Nearly £3,000 was raised at a charity golf day in aid of HospiceCare North Northumberland.

The event was staged at Alnmouth Foxton Golf Club on Tuesday, May 10.

The winners of the Broad Chare Partnership Cup – Sturton Grange Developments Ltd were Garry Henderson, Stephen White and David Bibby.

The charity has thanked everyone who attended the event, the volunteers who helped out, as well as the staff at Foxton, and the local businesses who donated prizes and sponsored holes.

HospiceCare is the main provider of palliative care in north Northumberland, with centres in Alnwick and Berwick.
