A bluebell walk around Ratcheugh Crag is taking place on May 17, to raise funds for the NSPCC.
By kind permission of The Duke of Northumberland, it offers a rare opportunity to visit both the Crag and Ratcheugh Observatory, not normally open to the public.
From 10am to 1pm, regular guided walks take visitors on a circular stroll through the beautiful Crags, finishing with a visit to the Observatory where homemade refreshments will be available. Dogs on leads are welcome.
The walks start from Dunsheugh (NE66 3AD). Car parking is available. Call 01665 577630 for more details.
