Singer-songwriter to feature at Roots gig

London based folk/blues singer-songwriter Sean Taylor will be making an appearance in North Northumberland later this month.

Sean will be playing at the monthly Rothbury Roots gig at the village’s Queen’s Head Hotel on Thursday, November 24.

It comes as he celebrates the release last year of ‘The Only Good Addiction Is Love’, his highly-cacclaimed album.

Sean will continue touring the UK this autumn. The album had an incredible response, airplay on BBC Radio 2 from three programmes, Bob Harris Sunday, The Folk Show with Mark Radcliffe and Paul Jones blues show.

Sean has just finished a successful run of dates in the UK, Netherlands and Germany and will be featuring some new songs on this autumn tour playing both solo and with his band.

This will be in the run up to a new album scheduled for release in early 2017.

Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm start.
