Playing their third game in six days, Shilbottle had to settle for a hard earned point in this close encounter at the Welfare Ground.

The Colliers started brightly and took the lead after 15 minutes with a smart finish from Matty Graham. Liam Brooks then missed a good chance before Matty Graham hit a post direct from a corner.

The Colliers led by the only goal at the interval but increased their lead shortly after the restart. A good turn in the box saw Brooks shoot through a crowd of players into the corner of the net.

However, the game turned dramatically around the 70 minute when a Felling corner was headed into the net and the goal was claimed by Andrew Hebron, although may well have been an own goal.

Almost from the restart Felling broke forward again and Anth Brewis shot through a crowded goalmouth to level the scores.

Despite their best efforts, Shilbottle were unable to raise their game again and had to settle for a share of the spoils.
