SCHOOL: Spirit secures our future
The Northumberland County Council cabinet decision is made and Embleton Vincent Edwards Church of England Voluntary Aided First School will remain open.
On behalf of the governors, I would like to thank our headteacher Mrs Belinda Athey, the staff, pupils, parents, villagers, and the wider community, including friends and associates of the school, the diocese and county councillors for their help, hard work and overwhelming support to secure our future and become a primary school next September.
The infrastructure of Embleton and the positive community spirit will take us forward to exciting times as we continue to provide the best education for each of our pupils at our lovely school.
