An opening event takes place from 10.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday.
Award-winning housebuilder Robertson Homes, recently named Scotland’s Housebuilder of the Year 2017, has begun construction on the site, with the first few plots now available to reserve. Further plots will be released in the coming months and stamp duty incentives are also available for buyers.
Sharon Spinelli, sales & marketing director from Robertson Homes, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for Roberston Homes to build a group of luxury homes in an unrivalled North-East location. Cragside Gardens boasts rural settings, including close access to the Cheviot Hills, Thrunton Woods, Kielder Forest and Northumberland National Park. It also has close links to local towns and cities, such as Morpeth and Newcastle, which is great for commuters.
“Robertson Homes has a build quality that is second to none and an uncompromising attention to detail which forms the foundations of our housebuilding business. Our teams combine traditional skills with modern materials to make homes that are thoughtfully designed, solidly built, beautifully finished and a joy to live in.
“The homes within Cragside Gardens are modern and spacious with high-specification finishes that create the perfect base for family living.”
Matt Hoy, director of estate agency at Bradley Hall, added: “We are delighted to have been appointed to market the outstanding properties at Cragside Gardens. Robertson Homes has a fantastic reputation in creating impressive and affluent homes, and we are proud to be teaming up with the company to provide local homebuyers the opportunity to purchase and live in these luxury properties.
“This is also a fantastic coup for the local area as Rothbury has not seen any new properties built in recent years. The project will allow local people to purchase a high-quality family home within one of the region’s most picturesque locations.”
