ROAD: No need for costly scheme
I wish to complain about the roadworks for four miles on the A1, where one side of the road is closed for re-surfacing.
The road before was very good so why is the Highway Agency or Northumberland County Council doing this work, which will be very expensive indeed for us, the taxpayer?
I do believe this work is going to take three months to get finished.
A very unhappy motorist.
