A number of road closures will be in place over the course of Prince Charles’ two-day visit to north Northumberland next week.
The centre of Amble will be shut down between 2pm and 4.30pm on Monday.
The streets affected are Queen Street, Coquet Street, Cross Street to its junction with Bridge street, and Bridge Street itself.
On Tuesday, from 10am to 2pm, Lewins Lane, Fenkle Street, Priory Lane, Crossgate Lane and Church Lane on Holy Island will all be closed to vehicles.
Later in the day, in Bamburgh, no vehicle will be allowed into the village from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
The closure will cover from the B1342 Radcliffe Road outside the Grace Darling Museum onto Church Street and the B1340 Front Street for about half-a-kilometre.
It will also cover the road north from the Victoria pub linking to Church Street and east along Front Street to the junction with Church Street.
From 1.30pm to 4.30pm, in Seahouses, the area around the harbour will be closed.
It includes Main Street, from its junction with the Seafield roundabout down to Harbour Road, the entire length of Harbour Road, and the roads leading from Seafield Road to the harbour and the lifeboat station.
