Rental firm turns its attention to home sales

The move follows strong growth for the three-year-old agency and a renewed confidence in the North-East housing market, where there is a high demand for sales as well as letting services.

Since GFW Letting established in 2013, it has grown strongly, especially in the last 12 months where it has experienced 18 per cent growth.

During this time, the agency has also increased its staff number to create a fully experienced and specialist team of property experts who work with landlords’ needs in mind.
