Alnwick: Queen's Head Hotel, 25-27 Market Street, listed building consent for pictorial sign, history board, door plaque, two black lanterns, three floodlights and aluminium fascia sign; 28A & 28B Bondgate Within, removal of 14 rotten single-glazed timber windows and replacement with new double-glazed uPVC windows.

Edlingham: Land west of Appletree Cottage, new dwelling restricted for short-term holiday letting.

Ellingham: Charlton Hall, change of use and conversion of hall and stable to wedding and events venue, create commercial kitchen, re-roof hall.

Felton: 14 Riverside, replace red bricks in top of wall with matching sandstone plus replace missing coping stones for wall top, clear out inappropriate cement and replace with correct mortar for sandstone.
