Heddon on the Wall: Mr Richard Adams, land east Of Denholme, addition of non-permanent changing room facilities to an existing sports ground.

Longhirst: Mr Neil Carr, land south west of The Brocks, application to relocate and increase the capacity of an existing electrical substation; Mr Chris Hogan, land west of Micklewood Close, reserved matters application relating to 15/00055/OUT – outline application with all matters reserved for the proposed erection of five self-build residential units.

Morpeth: Kourosh Rezai, Workshop, Chantry Place, change of use of ground floor to retail and upper floor extension to provide single maisonette; Mr Barry Wilson (Northumberland County Council), woodland south of 62 Pinewood Drive, Lancaster Park, works to trees protected by a tree preservation order – partial crown reduction over property by approximately 2m as the Oak tree is encroaching property and fell self sown leaning semi-mature Ash tree growing over garden.

Pegswood: Mrs Cheryl Bonham, 7 Butterwell Drive, proposed first floor side extension with pitched roof.

Ponteland: Mr Simon Davies, 7 Beech Court, Darras Hall, proposal to take down existing conservatory and build single storey garden room to the rear of the property; Mr and Mrs Joel Dodd, 7 Church Flatt, Eland Haugh, proposed bedroom and en-suite over garage and a single storey side extension.

Stannington: Mr David Lynn, land to the rear of 6 Station Road, application for the erection of a new barn and relocation of the existing stables and muck bay.

Whalton: Mr John Goodfellow, land at Bonas Hill, Ogle, listed building consent application – proposals to convert semi-derelict barns into three domestic dwellings, retaining original features wherever possible and creating a lightweight modern link to connect two separate barns, and re-building of gin-gang (resubmission).
