Putting names to faces of the past
These pictures were printed in the Gazette over the last few weeks in our Remember When section.
The top picture is from Alnwick Flower Club’s 25th anniversary. One reader contacted us to name those pictured as (left to right) Lesley Tait, area secretary of NAFA, Joyce Andrucci, club chairman, Kathleen Turnbull, Mildred Cuerden, Phyllis Avery and Olive Hopper.
The bottom picture is a cheque presentation to the Great North Air Ambulance and the man on the right has been named as Roy Stewart.
