Pupils excel in competition
Mandy Mallaburn, from Alnwick Funeralcare, ran a competition with St Paul's RCVA Primary School in Alnwick for Mother's Day.
Pupils were asked to write a poem or draw a picture about mum or a special person.
There were entrants from all six year groups with prizes presented for first and second in each in assembly.
