Providing care in rural Northumberland
The chairman of trustees at Belford-based charity Bell View, Christine Harris, left, and Guy Renner-Thompson, trustee and the area's county councillor, right, hosted the county council's cabinet member for adult care and wellbeing, Coun Veronica Jones, for a tour of the facility.
The three also discussed how Northumberland County Council could work with Bell View in providing care to some of the most remote areas in north Northumberland.
The charity is also looking to recruit more trustees. Anyone is welcome to apply and a background in business, adult social care or the charity sector would be most useful.
